We use aluminum ranging from 1.2 to 2.00 mm in thickness, depending on the parts. Thicker aluminum is used for tougher areas, such as the tub floor.

We primarily use spot welding, but riveting is employed for hard-to-reach deep corners where the spot welding machine cannot reach.

Lead times depend on production complexity and current workload. Typically, body panel orders range between 60 to 90 days. Customized body reproduction projects may take 4-6 months or longer. Rest assured, we'll provide regular updates on the progress of your order.

Our panels are meticulously handcrafted using traditional molds and tools, preserving a legacy of over 60 years. This dedication to craftsmanship limits our ability to leverage mass production, making the process time-consuming and requiring significant maintenance.
